Systems, Tools & Operations

You probably have more tools than you need, half of them don't talk to each other, and your team has built workarounds on top of workarounds. I help small businesses cut through the mess - audit what you're paying for, fix what's broken, and set up the systems that actually save you time.

Service snapshot

I'll review your current tech stack, flag what's costing you time or money for no reason, and either fix it or recommend something better. This can be a standalone audit or part of a bigger project. Most engagements run 2-6 weeks, and you'll come out of it with a setup your team can actually maintain.

Service details

This service exists because I've watched too many small businesses drown in software. You sign up for a CRM, then a project tool, then an email platform, then a booking system - and before long you're spending more time managing the tools than doing the work.

I start with a full audit of what you're using, what it's costing, and whether it's actually doing what you need. Then I'll give you a clear recommendation: what to keep, what to cut, what to consolidate, and what's missing. If you want me to, I'll handle the implementation too - setting things up properly, migrating data, building integrations, and making sure your team knows how to use it all without a manual the size of a textbook.

Common projects include CRM setup and configuration, connecting your website to your back-office tools, building dashboards so you can see what's actually happening in the business, and cleaning up the subscription bloat that creeps in when nobody's watching. I also work on internal tools and lightweight custom apps when off-the-shelf doesn't cut it.

The goal is always the same: fewer tools, less friction, and a setup that works for your team - not against them.
