That might mean connecting tools you already use so data flows between them, setting up automated workflows for common processes, or introducing AI where it genuinely adds value - like drafting first passes on content, summarising customer feedback, or handling routine comms.
The key word is practical. I won't pitch you on a chatbot you don't need or an AI strategy that belongs in a corporate boardroom. Everything I set up, I make sure your team understands, can maintain, and can turn off if it's not working. You stay in control - the tools just handle the bits that used to eat your afternoon.
