About

Brand, websites, and systems that actually work together.

I'm Cameron - a freelance brand, website, and systems consultant based in Sydney. I help small businesses get their brand, website, and tools working as one thing instead of three separate headaches. I've spent 8+ years across advertising, design, development, and operations, and I work on my own because that's how the best work happens - no layers, no handoffs, no one losing context halfway through.

Snapshot

8+ years across brand strategy, web development, and business operations. Previously embedded at a hospitality company running 11 locations - handling everything from brand guidelines to Shopify builds to internal systems. Now freelancing with small businesses and startups who want one person fully across their brand, site, and tools. Based in Sydney, working with clients everywhere.

Story

I got into this because I kept seeing the same problem. A business would hire a brand agency, then a separate web designer, then someone else to sort out their CRM - and none of them talked to each other. The brand looked one way, the website said something different, and the internal tools were held together with sticky tape and good intentions.

I decided to be the person who does all three. Not because I think I'm better than specialists - but because for most small businesses, what you actually need is one person who understands how brand, website, and operations connect, and can build them to work together from the start.

Before going freelance, I spent years embedded in a hospitality group running 11 locations across the UK. I wasn't in a consultancy watching from the outside - I was the person building the brand system, customising the Shopify store, setting up the internal wiki, troubleshooting the booking integrations, and making sure the whole thing held together as they grew. That's where I learned that the real problems aren't about design or code - they're about the gaps between things.

I work directly with every client. When you message me, I reply. When something needs building, I build it. There's no team behind me filtering things or padding out timelines. That's not a limitation - it's the whole point.

If you're a small business that needs someone across the full picture - not just one piece of it - I'd like to hear what you're working on.
