Most brand projects run 4-8 weeks depending on scope. You'll walk away with guidelines you'll actually open again.

Every brand project starts with understanding the business properly - not a 40-page questionnaire, just honest conversation about where you are, where you're headed, and what's not working. From there, I build out the pieces that matter most for your stage.

That usually includes positioning and strategy - working out what makes you different and how to talk about it. Messaging and tone of voice - giving you the words so your team isn't guessing every time they write something. Visual identity - logo, type, colour, and the system that ties it together. And brand guidelines - a short, usable document that keeps everything consistent without needing me on speed dial.

I don't do branding in a vacuum. If you need a website too, we can run both together so the brand actually shows up the way it should from day one. That's usually where I add the most value - bridging the gap between strategy and the things people actually see.
