04 case studies
01 / Website
The problem
What was going on
The old site was clunky, hard for the team to update, and expensive to maintain. The checkout flow was so convoluted that barely anyone finished an order.
What I did
I redesigned and rebuilt the entire site on Shopify - fully custom, from scratch - built around how the team actually needed to use it.
The result
800% growth in Click & Collect revenue.

02 / Brand
The problem
What was going on
Each location had evolved its own look and feel over time. Messaging was inconsistent, the visual identity was fragmented, and there was no shared sense of what the brand actually stood for.
What I did
I worked closely with the founders to understand their vision, then ran a full rebrand - positioning, identity, messaging - and rolled it out myself across the group.
The result
A unified brand the whole team could get behind, implemented consistently across every touchpoint.

Brand direction
Positioning, voice, and visual structure rolled out across every site and location.

03 / Systems & tools
The problem
What was going on
Key information was scattered across inboxes, group chats, and people's heads. New starters had nowhere to go, and existing staff were constantly chasing answers.
What I did
I built a dedicated internal wiki from scratch and onboarded every team member on how to use it - so the knowledge lived somewhere accessible and stayed up to date.
The result
One place for everything, with the team actually using it day-to-day.
Systems example

Knowledge base
One place to find answers.
Team adoption

04 / Automation & AI
The problem
What was going on
Sales figures and reporting existed across multiple platforms, but none of it was joined up. The team had numbers without context, which meant decisions were based on gut feel.
What I did
I built a custom analytics tool that pulls the data together and presents it with the context the team actually needs - so the numbers tell a clear story.
The result
Real visibility on sales performance, with the team making faster, more confident decisions.
Automation example

Context built in

Rather than treating each piece as a separate project, everything was planned to work together - so the brand, the site, and the internal setup all improved at the same time.
A tighter brand so every location tells the same story in the same way.
A faster site and e-commerce setup the team can actually run day-to-day.
Fewer tools and cleaner workflows so the team spends less time messing about with software.
Smart automation that removes repetitive admin without adding risk or confusion.
It starts with one conversation. We'll work out what's slowing things down and figure out the smartest next move.
